When you deal with big impersonal companies, we all know that feeling of simply not mattering. Just think of your last conversation with a telco’s helpline…Not fun. When you call us, we try our best to get the job done around your work or family commitments, your handover date, your client’s needs. Why? Because you’re a person, and people matter! That’s true even if you’re a site manager, real estate agent, or any profession that contacts us. First and foremost, we’re all people.

We remember our customer’s names. We keep track of their orders, and keep them up to date. It’s like how companies used to be! Sure, we use the latest techniques, and operate everything on a cloud-based server, but people matter. How do we do it?

There are only few of us in the office: Damien, Kris, Michael and Julian. We never leave the office, either! We take the calls, do the quotes, process the invoices, and our glaziers do the jobs. They rarely enter the office! What this means is that you’re always dealing with the same people on the phone who have their fingers on the pulse, so we naturally remember who you are.

It’s one of the reasons we enjoy long-term relationships with construction companies, real estate agents, Vision Australia, Jewish Care, the Catholic Church, and many more organisations you’d know. We may be small, but we have a big impact on our customers’ lives by making things simple, quick, and efficient.

Fair Glass Repair’s mission is simple: to provide fast, efficient, personalised and professional service for residential and commercial glazing needs. This means quick turnarounds, updates on the task at hand (if ordering is involved), and transparent quoting that means you know what you’ll pay before we begin. Commercial clients we deal with refer to us as a ‘turnkey solution’, and we’re proud of it.
