Mirrors
Whether it’s for aesthetic reasons, such as interior design, functional, such as floor-to-ceiling mirrors in gyms or dance schools, or simply to replace your damaged bathroom mirror, we create custom mirrors for just about any shape and size.
The two major types of mirror glass used are known as 4mm/6mm silver, and 4mm/6mm vinyl silver. The difference between the two types is that the latter is vinyl backed. This gives the mirror an added safety feature, as if impacted or broken the glass won’t fall out. Rather, the vinyl behind it will hold it in place. This is actually a legal requirement for places like gyms, and often in bathrooms unless the mirror is directly above a vanity.
Beyond adding a sense of space or style to your chosen placement for the mirror, we also offer bevelled or polished finishes. A bevelled finish is where the edge of the glass is cut at 45° angle, which acts as a frame to the mirror and gives an added sense of style.
Polished edges are as they sound, and stop the glass from cutting anyone. This is required if the mirror is frameless, and indeed for any piece of glass with an exposed edge, as according to the regulations that govern us AS1288-2006.

FAIR, FAST GLASS REPAIR
We operate on the principles of fair prices for professionalism, quality workmanship, and rapid response glass repair. And yes, our workmanship is guaranteed.
If you need emergency glass repair, dial our number for instant service. We can almost always get the job done on the same day if required –unless the panel requires a special glass type to be ordered. For example, toughened glass (a form of safety glass) needs to be measured and cut, then rebaked. Thus, no glazing company can install toughened on the same day. However, there are alternatives, such as laminated safety glass.
We always explain the options to our customers, as there’s usually a few when it comes to glazing. However, we always abide by the glazing code (Australian Standard 1288-2006).
